Catherine helped me recently with a workshop on “influencing for impact” for the legal team in the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa Region. There was an abundance of aha moments, very fresh and pertinent ideas, potent implementation tools all delivered in Catherine’s professional and captivating style. She has brought a lot of insight for our leaders moving in and out of the region and our employees in APAC. She designed and delivered face to face and virtually customized programs on Effective communication, working across cultures and working virtually. She is creative, listens to her clients and is able to tailor proposals close to their needs. What impressed me most about Catherine, is the thorough attention to the quality of program delivery as her precision is translated into high class facilitation sessions and her ability to articulate leadership concepts into the practical workplace scenarios applicability. Her communication skills and intercultural knowhow, both personally and professionally, make her successful in supporting global leaders across board.

The formal training following the team building activity was useful and impactful thanks to the focus on cross-cultural interactions and good examples. Some parts of the workshop were very striking and strong as eye openers. Catherine brought a lot of energy and fun to the workshop and responded very well to our initial request which was to generate intercultural awareness and tolerance through an interactive and fun training with a team building aim.

She has all the core competencies that one would want from a learning environment, supportive, caring, always willing to help, flexible, but most important –she knows her subject matter very well. We have worked with other trainers, and we can say that Catherine is one of the best. The overall scoring of the sessions conducted by her has been above 5 always (on a scale of 1-6, 1 being lowest and 6 being highest).

She demonstrated the ability to understand quickly the audience needs and connected immediately with the participants. Her strong communication skills contributed to getting high level of interaction during the sessions. She kept the participants’ engaged constantly while ensuring consistency in the content delivery and good time management. As her producer during her virtual sessions, I enjoyed working with Catherine and would strongly recommend working with her.

By being empathic and, at the same time, demanding and challenging, she has helped me to examine reality with a different perspective. Catherine has recommended me interesting bibliography and challenged some long-standing assumptions and stances. She has helped me to re-examine the workplace and my place in it; I reckon she helped me to give another step towards becoming a better manager and leader.

She is very comfortable with silence and that provided me with the space I needed to reflect. The suggestions she made were well worded and the session allowed me to visualize new possibilities, which proved extremely helpful for me to evolve a clear action plan. I was able to get the clarity I desired re formalizing and expanding my speaking practice.

She provides a sense of assurance and guidance to the coachee without unnecessarily “over hand-holding” thus enabling the coachee to decide and analyze independently. Catherine is able to discuss and guide the coachee on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from staff / boss management to personal goals / reflections. I benefitted much from the coaching sessions through her pleasant disposition and insightful guidance.
